February 14, 2025LIVING WITH LOSS
A SIX-MONTH CONTEMPLATIVE EXPLORATION
Living With Loss
ONLINE | Wednesdays | December 2, 2026 – May 10, 2027
6:30–8:00 p.m. Eastern Time • Limited to 16 participants
Offered at no cost
Loss takes many forms: the death of someone we love, changes in health and physical capacity, the ending of relationships, aging, shifts in identity and role, unrealized hopes, and the losses that accompany simply being alive.
A practice of turning toward
Drawing on Buddhist wisdom, contemporary understandings of grief, poetry, nature, meditation, and shared reflection, we will explore how to turn toward rather than away from loss. We will not seek to “get over” grief or explain suffering away. Instead, we will practice being present to what has been lost, what remains, and what may still be possible.
“How do we continue to love when everything we love is impermanent?”
