A Six-Week Course
Aging is often described as decline. But what if it is a weaving? A gathering of meaning. A deepening of perspective. A time of integration, creativity, and connection.
Weaving the Tapestry of Aging
A guided, contemplative gathering for reflecting on the threads that have shaped your life — through Buddhist wisdom, contemporary psychology, and creative expression.
In this six-week interactive online course, we will explore the later chapters of life through the metaphor of weaving. Each week we reflect on a different thread — the relationships that have formed you, the losses that have strengthened you, the space that is opening now, and the legacy you are weaving.
Through guided reflection, discussion, meditation, and at-home creative assignments, you'll deepen meaning, connection, and self-understanding. Between sessions, a private Padlet space lets us share images of our creative work, offer encouragement, and exchange resources.
No artistic or meditation experience needed.
